Anaemia, numbness, tingling in arms, legs, unable to stand, walk. How do I deal with this?

I am 18 and a female. last year i was diagnosed with severe anemia and my doctor was going to do a transfusion but i refused. I took iron at 300 mg 4 times a day and finally after a few months, my iron was back up and the tiredness, heart palpitations, and dizziness were gone. Then after all that i got diagnosed with mono after going back to the drs a few months later with the same symptoms. Now a year later, my symptoms came back, I feel extremely dizzy 24 hours a day and i have a huge headache , lights are killing me, my eyes hurt when i move them and everytime i move my head the dizziness resumes worse then before. My chest feels really tight, tears come to my eyes sometimes because it feels like a really heavy person is sitting on my chest, i can feel my heart fluttering too. Mostly the heart things happen at night, when im in bed or near bedtime. I have been having these weird tingling and numbing in my hands and feet/legs, i have had it since maybe around the time i had anemia. Its like pins and needles, but really painful and i cant move when it happens. I cant touch them, because it feels worse if i move my leg or my toes and when i try to rub them. The numbing comes first in my toes and then it moves up my leg and my private parts go numb and tingly. The tingling and stuff happens in my fingers and up my arms. and my hands feel cold while their tingling. I cant walk very long because my legs get numb and tingly, so when im out its embarrassing because i cant move when it hits me, and i look like an idiot trying to stand as still as i can so i dont fall. I am tired all of the time, i cannot get enough sleep. I thought the symptoms were the mono or anemia coming back so my mom and i went to the ER to get some blood work. They tested for thyroid, diabetes, and mono, and vitamins and anemia. Everything came back normal! I was so upset and they sent me home. This dizziness and the painful tingles and numbness is making me a hermit in the house, because i cant go out because its painful and i have anxiety over falling and the dizziness is terrible, i feel like i have a migraine 24 hours a day! I dont know what to do, My doctor is not in for 2 weeks, and im in so much pain and I just want it all to go away! can you at least tell me what i should do and how to deal with this?

Greetings of the day
Such symptoms could occur due to hypoglycemia. Consume lots of water and fresh fruit juice. Kindly get back to me if the symptoms persist.
Take care
