Hello,

Welcome to HealthcareMagic forum.

I am sorry to hear about your condition. However with proper and regular medications, you can be able to manage your condition better and lead a good quality life.

1. Tremors may sometime be a side effect of carbamazepine (tegretol) especially when the doses are bit higher. Checking your serum carbamazepine levels can confirm this.
2. In some cases, epileptic patients have an aura - feeling of getting a seizure before a seizure. I wonder if this is your case too.

Any way, repeating EEG and getting your serum carbamazepine levels will help us. You can discuss with your neurologist and the test can be done if needed.

I am also happy to know that you don't smoke. In addition also stop drinking (if you consume alcohol); sleep adequately and avoid fasting. It will benefit you.

Hope this answers your query.

Wish you good health.

Regards
