Am Sad, Depressed. Taking All Negative Things. How To Overcome This?

i am sad and depressed
i need help to overcome from this sadness,i had some family problem with my hubby in my early days ,,always he pointed only my negative side no positive feed back i did:t got from him.now whatever he says to me i am taking it negatively and i cant udjust with him.i need help to overcome and want a good happy and peaceful life.

Everyone goes through such conditions. Understand that you are not depressed, but distressed. If you want take something positive, there is no easy way, you should learn to take it positive. Don't confuse about positive thinking. We all do it every day. For example, if we miss a bus to a destination, we always convince ourself that we can always catch the next bus (nobody cries sitting there about the missed bus). That is positive thinking.
