Am Pregnant, Sudden Discharge, No Pain. Should I Go To Hospital?

About 20 min ago I was sitting at the computer playing a game, then all of a sudden, it felt like a pee d my pants, I DID NOT PEE MY PANTS. I smelt it and it had no smell what so ever. My shorts are pretty wet, so much that I had to change into new pjs. I am not having any pain, or BH. nothing. Can you tell me if I should go into the hospital or not? Oh, I am 29 weeks along.

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
Sudden passage of urine during pregnancy is not worrisome but you have to self monitor yourself for any leakage of amniotic fluid from the vagina. In case the leaking persists, then consulting a gynecologist for evaluation is recommended.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
