Am An Adult Onset Stills Disease Patient. Have Fever, Pain In Hands, Legs. Suggestions?

Dear Doctor,
I am an Adult Onset Stills disease patient, I have been going through a tough time from last 2 months, my Rhumi prescribed me with 15mg of Wyslone(10mg-5mg-0), but till now its not yet gone, from last 2 days i have a fever with pain in full hand and full legs, not on any specific joints, is it some another disease its mansoon time in my area now.

Since you are suffering from AOSD which cause is not known.The management of this condition is mainly with nonsteroidal antiinflamatory drugs
IN severe joint pain swelling,the glucocorticoids espeaially prednisolone is given as your case. but last two days joint pain swelling were devoped, you can increase the dose by consultation with ortho doctor.
