even if you were to have a weight problem (which isn't the case) but IF... heart attacks don't usually come about until you're at least over the hill. younger people having a heart attack is so rare it could almost be a myth. if you are still concerned you can take to a doc about warning signs of heart attacks. otherwise i think you still have a few decades before you need to start even thinking about it

My cousin is only 49, and has recently suffered a stroke...his Mother also died very young of a heart attack , it does run on his maternal side, however my Uncle also died of heart complications, do you think that you are predisposed to suffer this horrible medical problems if they run in your family? Also I would want to know about any of your personal experiences. Thank you!

My husband's heart is beating loudly and seems to be beating irregularly. I took his blood pressure and it was normal. His heart rate was 102bpm. He also has an urge to cough periodically. He's had these episodes happen before and the cough has helped at times. Do we need to be concerned? His father died from heart disease and started having an irregular heart beat when he was 35.
