Am I suffering from Macrophagic myofasciitis or not since I don't have muscle deterioration ?

I believe I have Macrophagic myofasciitis , but when I approached my doctor he dismissed the diagnosis because I don t have muscle deterioration. Is it true that 100 percent of cases have deterioration in muscles?
