Am I right to think that something might be up ?

Right this sounds kinda weird, thats why i feel akward going to my actual doctor to ask but. for a long time now i keep getting really really down and then really happy realy fast like with no normalness inbetween. and sometimes i get so down i can sleep and sleep for days, or other nights i cant sleep atall because im just thinking about everything and anything and sometimes i get so down i dont want to be here anymore and then like the next day i can be soo happy i speak really fast i cant understand yesterdays thoughts and well its getting alot more frequent now and i keep getting really really bad headaches and this will sound ver strange but my ears go funny everynow and again when im stressd out and make me feel like im going to fall over and im constantly tiered all the time ! am i just hormonal or am i right to think that something might be up ?

this is not normal you may have a mania and depression episode.that is some thing to do with the imbalance of the neurotransmitter in the nerve endings. consult the primary care physician, its preferable you consult a internal medicne physician.
