Am I Pregnant?

hello sir i am sabkjk,ha. my age is 35. last month i missed my periods i went to dr she confirmed that i am pergnant .but yesterday i went for ultrascan my report is uterus:bulky. measure 8 * 3cm. Endometiral 6mm thick A 4mm ?gestational sac in endometiral cavity. no focal is uterve wall/cervix Adexa: appears normal POD:no free fluid ?gestational sac (4mm) in uterine cavity.still now my pergnancy test is positive.kindly tell me whether i am pergnant or not

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
As your ultrasound is showing the gestational sac and as the urine pregnancy test is positive, you are pregnant.
In early weeks fetal pole may not be seen in ultrasound.
So, wait till the completion of the 6th week of gestation.
And repeat the ultrasound.
By that time ultrasound can detect fetal pole and fetal cardiac activity.
Start taking folic acid prophylaxis from now onwards.
If ultrasound fails to detect the fetal pole even after 6 completed weeks, there is possibility of a condition called blighted ovum.
