Am I Having Pain In My Ankles Due To Diabetes?

Hi so I've been getting pain in both my calfs and on the inside of my ankle it feels like its bruised and it is really tender when I cross my legs or touch it I've looked and it's not bruised. I am also 18 and pre diabetic does it have anything to do with diabetes?

Its recommended to make MRI scan of knee joint to reveal causes of grinding (meniscal tear, chondropathy).
The treatment depends on findings - arthroscopy (surgery) or physiotherapy + glucosamine/chondroitin 3-6month course.
