Hello,

The blood vessels that supply the inner ears and the parts of the brain that are connected with the balance of the body pass through the cervical vertebrae.

Cervical spondylosis which is the usual cause of the pain in that region for which you received the steroid injection also affects these blood vessels and causes alteration in the blood flow which results in dizziness.

Physiotherapy along with the use of certain medicines will reduce this dizziness.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
