Thanks for the query

Chest pain that comes early in the morning and wakes u up esp in a young patient is most likely to be gastritis than heart attack
PLease take Tab pantoprazole 40 mg in the morning before food for a week. Avoid spicy food, alcohol, smoking. Eat on time and dont over burden your stomach while u eat

Cardiologist Dr. Naresh Ruparelia's  Response
Hi well come to HCM.
You are too young to get heart attack, but it is not the exception even boy of 16
having heart attack is being reported. But at this age it is less frequent. And any
chest pain does not mean heart attack. It could be simple anxiety related muscular
pain, but since now a days age is no bar for heart problem you should get done your
Ecg to rule out coronary, and echo to rule out MVP[mitral valve prolapse]. Thanks
