Am I At A Risk Of Having Contracted A STD?

Hi, I had sexual intercourse on Feb 18th 2014, with a new partner unfortunately it was unprotected. I seemed fine after words, until about a month later when I started getting this discharge coming out, there was so much and it was starting to get itchy however I started my menstral cycle and then when that finish the discharge and itchiness was still there. Sometimes it would hurt when I would pee, only if the itching was too unbearable that I would scratch that little dabbles of blood would come out when I soothed the pain with a cloth. I tried the canestan oral tablet with cream, I took the tablet applied the cream as directed and it didn t work I read up on it and it said usually in moderate to severe cases of yeast infections then it won t work, so I tried the 7 day monistat dual package with applicator and cream. So I inserted the applicator each night before bed and put cream on cleaned it In the morning and put more cream on and so forth I missed one day however continued the treatment after words, however I m unsure if I was using the treatment properly, it says to insert as far as I could then release the tablet so i tried and it hurt a lot because Im not even used to using tampons anyways I feel that maybe it wasn t going in as far as it should be because it said the best results are if you can get it as close to your cervix as possible. So this treatment was giving me some relief the discharge calmed down, it didn t stop but the amount decreased and the itching came every so often. Now I m finished the treatment and my clitoris is itchy the right side may be a tad swollen and there is discharge from the clitoris. What am I supposed to do? What could this be a sign of? Is this an STD? Please help
