Am I Affected With Std ?

i was exposed 6 month ago 3 days ago i woke up with a real bad headache and was real cold i had flu like symptoms and my urine was also dark dark as in yellowish my flu like symptoms did go away but my dark urine is still here also i am spitting out blood which i just noticed a few hours ago.
