You are also having anal fissure , so bleeding per rectum might be present leads to iron deficiency anemia ..... For anemia iron tablets can be given .... Jaggery , green leafy vegetables like iron rich food taken more .... Anal fissure can lead morbidity more and life style can be impaired .... Although chance of cancer less ... Topical nitroglycerine and topical anesthetic like xylocaine application can be useful ... Stool softener also useful .. Excess spicy food avoided .... If no improvement from medical management than surgical approach has to be considered .... Take care .. Consult surgeon for this ....and get surgical correction of fissures...
