After Unsafe Sex Urination Is Painful, Uncontrollable. Is This Syphilis, Chlamydia Or Gonorrhea?

hello ... after unsafe sex on new years eve i go to toilet alot. it doesnt hurt when i peeing but simply can hold for long time so i got to go to toilet . I went few days ago to sexual clinic to test my self , they just confirmed taht im clear of HIV ...i just wondering how quick gonorrhea or syphilis or chlamydia takes to show symptoms ,, ( there is now any discharge from my penis )

Thanks for your query.Based on the fact that you have posted it appears that you have acquired Acute Urinary Tract Infection after unprotected sex.Please get your Routine Urine Test and Microscopic examination (Gram Staining ) of the pus from Urethra done to rule out Gonorrhoea.done.Take some antibiotics like Augmentin along with Urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily with some Urine Alkaliser.Ensure to drink plenty of water.
Get your blood tests done to rule out STD .
