After quit smoking my whole body is aching but i do not have fever

hi, for about 3 days now my whole body is aching i have no fever but i do feel colder than usual, and my appetite has lessened in the past couple of days, i have had a on again off again sore throat for almost two yrs should i be worried, also i quit smoking only ten days ago, im 26yrs old

You don't need to worry.
Such symptoms are common when you stop smoking, because your body has to adapt to new situation.
It will be necessary for you to see GP routine medical check ups, blood pressure, random blood sugar, he will also listen to your chest and do chest x ray, this important for re assurance of your health
