After Medication For High Cholesterol And Triglyceride Still Blood Report Says Cholesterol:179?

Hello
I am having a history of high cholesterol and Triglyceride. I am taking medicine every alternative day. Today my blood report reveals the following -
Total Cholesterol : 179 (Normal)
Blood Sugar : 84 (Normal)
Triglyceride : 233 (High)
SGPT : 59.9 (High)
Vitamin D : 14.99 (Very Low)
Can you please advise on what went wrong and what is next?

I really appreciate your concern if you are taking medicine for lowering the cholesterol then this is not immediately lower down the value of cholesterol but this takes some times, looking to your age I would like to advise you to low down the cholesterol ( If this is really high in your blood ) with the helps of exercise alone instead of taking medicines, hope this information helps you have nice day.
