I do ultrasound on day 23from cycle (cycle length 32)found 18*20mm ruptured follicle in ovary, et was 6mm what best time for intercourse? and howafter many hours egg will released from ovary and ?stay active after follicle rupture ?and I use duphaston10mg from day 21can affect on ovulation
