After doing sit ups I felt a stabbing pain in my heart

After doing sit ups i felt a stabbing pain in my heart and under it. Is this a bad sign? I have had this stabbing pain in my heart for quite a long time but only about once every few months and not that hard. Recently it came more frequently i am 17. What should I do is is any bad sign?

Hi, I m a 45 old male, quite healthy and athletic, playing competitive tennis three times a week and running, doing sit-ups and push-ups almost every night for 30 times each, non-smoking. About 7 month ago, I felt sudden stabbing pain in my left chest area, followed by a feeling of warmness rediating and releasing from where the stabbing pain originates, followed by nausea and fatigue. This happened three times in a period of 40 minutes. I had ECG and Holter monitor on the next day and everything came back fine. Since then, there has no more stabbing pain, but it develops into a pattern of sudden onset of severe chest, back and sholder pain with slight nausea, very deep and dull, worse off when I stretch or tilt back or trun my head left. Had my blood test, stress test, ECGs a few month ago and Dr don t think I have heart problem. One thing I want to mention is that I did have tremendous pressure in life and some anxiety issues when this first happened, could this pressure and anxiety cause my problem? I have been trying meditation, relaxing techniques since and i do think I am really relaxed now, sleep well and enjoy life more. But this sudden onset of deep chest and back pain (at the bottom of my left shoulder) happens almost once a day, lasting about 30 minutes each time with slight nuasea. I now know this deep chest pain will not kill me but still get worried and annoyed when it comes on. Can you please advise as to what it is and how I can get rid of this completely. I m a 21 yowf who fell on left shoulder after falling from bike about 1.5 wks ago. Felt fine for the most part, expect every time I would go for a run, I would feel achy (not a sharp stabbing pain) in my left shoulder/chest/under-arm area. I would lso feel a sharp pain if I was laying down and lifted my head (such as to do a sit-up). I just tried pulling off on of my compression socks when I felt a sharp stabbing pain radiate through my left side. Now it hurts to breath, and certain rotations of the arm hurt the arm. Is is a bone or a muscle problem? I have a feeling I might have torn a muscle and now there s inflammation... but now sure

Its happened a few times now, the first was when i was at a gig and the smoke machine came on and i had a huge pain in my chest, it knocked me back and i had to sit down, then just again i was sat down and i got a pain in my chest and when i tried to breathe it got worse, im not overweight and im only young, should i go to the Hospital? Thanks Oh and it just happens, not a reason for it, not that i am running or playing sports Only lasted 10 second but was intense Ahh, been to Docs, she said it sounds like a cramp, and nothing to worry about, thanks to all!

My Mom is trying to find answers to her intestinal pain. She has been to several doctors and she has been diagnosed with indometrioses. Sorry if I spelled it wrong. Anyway, the doctor that finally gave her that diagnoses simply said now that he knew that was the case, he said to figure out what you can eat you ll have to do trial and error. She gets in so much pain when it is something she cannot eat, it really is not funny. She has the most pain in her intestines in the morning, however she does continue to experience pain during the afternoon also. Can you please help us.
