Hello vasudha;
welcome to HealthcareMagic
Yes there is quite amount of weight gain and extra fat around stomach after LSCS surgery and you will have to do abdominal exercises to reduce the fat and even do diet control to lose the excess weight.But diet control can only be done after you have stopped breast feeding so please do exercises to strengthen the abdominal muscles and bring back the abdomen to good shape.The back pain following the pregnancy is more due to the change in shape of the spine during pregnancy and not due to anaesthesia as normally it is said.Due to pregnancy the shape of spine is changed that gives rise to back pain in women.
