After An Accident, Is It Serious To Have Pain On Left Side During Head Rotation ?

I fell off a bar stool 4weeks ago. I hit the back of my head had no symptoms of dizziness , nausea or bluriness. I find when I turn my head or move a certain way I get intermittent pain on the left side. It last for a few seconds and goes away. I find when I turn my head or neck it s more prominient. Should I be worried?

Hello
You dont seem to have any of the worrying symptoms which might follow head trauma. An over the counter antiinflammatory and analgesic should take care of your fleeting pain. You can think about visiting a doctor and getting a cervical xray if the pain persists or gets worse.
Probably a muscle relaxant should help as well.

Hope you get well soon.
Regards
