After I take a shower which is in hot water

After I take a shower which is in hot water I always notice once I’m done that my hands and only my hands get bright red and they start to burn and itch then after a little bit about 30 secs lumps appear kinda like hives but different shapes and not that round that are white always on my hands.

Last night while taking a hot shower I fainted. It started as a momentary loss of sensation: ringing in the ears, graying out field of vision, and warm tingling sensation in my limbs. I sat down and turned the water temperature down, but after a few minutes of clear vision I slowly got up again to wash my hair out, after a few minutes I completely lost consciousness about 3/4 of the way down trying to sit. Thankfully at that point I asked my boyfriend to come in and he was able to help me lie down without hitting my head and turn off the water. He said I was out for a few minutes. Today, while I was shopping I decided to check to see if my blood pressure was still low or back up to normal and it actually read as pretty high, 138/93. I m wondering if this is common and what causes that to happen. I m not concerned about underlying disease, I ve had several tests run in the past, and am overall pretty healthy. I am about 10 pounds underweight so this isn t the first time I ve fainted, but it has only ever happened before if I recently donated blood (which I now won t allow myself to do until I get up to my goal weight). Again I m pretty sure it was the combination of standing in a hot shower and possible dehydration that caused me to faint, but I didn t expect the high blood pressure, since my blood pressure is rarely ever outside of normal range at my doctor s visits. Mostly just trying to understand blood presssure better. Thanks!

My heart hurt when I take hot showers. My left hand and foot also hurt and I can feel the blood pumping to my left hand. My hands will then turn bluish (the blue veins become very obvious when the water is hot) and if I hold my hands upwards, those obvious blue veins will go back to normal. However, today, maybe the water was too hot for me (haven t taken very hot showers since last August) and my heart and hand keep hurting for over 8 hours now. I m an Asian, 33 years old, around 5 feet tall. I went to the ER last year because of severe chest pain (doctor told me my potassium was too low), and the above situation happened AFTER I went to the ER. I m allergic to iodine and I have tendonitis. My family doctor and cardiologist didn t find anything wrong with my heart from EKG and stress tests, and my rheumatologist also said I don t have any auto-immune disease. I m worried because it keeps happening to me but can t find the cause.
