Hi
your symptoms seems to be of allergic rhinitis. the typical symptoms are running nose, nasal discharge, cough, allergy to dust, smoke, pollen. ..symptoms use to increase on exposure to dust, pollen, fumes etc.
avoid areas of plantations to avoid pollens, avoid irritants like smoke, fumes etc

you may try antihistaminics plus nasal steroid spray to get your symptoms relieved

Hi mahesh kumar
Thanks for visiting HCM.
Recurrent cough and cold, sneezing, running nose may be a sign of a disease called allergic rhinitis. I wish you have told about any allergy to dust, smoke etc, if you are also suffering from breathlessness and has this symptom started after coming to bangalore.
If it has started after coming to bangalore, better change your workplace. Or else you can try some antihistaminics like cetrizine along with a nasal spray of fluticasone and azelastine combination for at least 3 months.
If you have concomitant breathless, get a simple breath test called spirometry done to detect asthma which occurs in almost 50% patients with these symptoms.
And above all avoid the triggering factors...

Best wishes
