Affected by milo meningocele, hypothyroidism, constipation, abnormal TSH level. Am I ovulating appropriately?

Dear Mam, This is Mrs.kalaivani,29 yrs old.I am physically challenged person affected by milo meningocele during my birth.I am working in software field and i am bit obese since chilhood.I ve hypothyrodism also and having regualr periods and often getting constipation problem.ecently i checked thyroid level,my tsh level is 6.68 and i taking 100 mcg for the past 3 years.Is this the reason that i am not getting pregnant though i ve regualr periods.I want to get pregnant.How do i ll know that i am ovulating properly and try to conceive.

Hi, I think you have to increase the dose of thyroxine to regularize your thyroid status . Before conceiving it is important that you optimize your thyroid status. To monitor your ovulation ,you might need a ovulation study which monitors the ovulation by ultrasound . Hope it helps.
