Advise On Urine Test Pus Cells 1-2 Hpf

Sir, my daughter is 10 years old.She is suffering frm fever last 3 days,her urine RM test report reveals

Pus cells 1-2 Hpf

Epith cells 2-4 HPF

Casts Nil

Crystals Nil

Yeast Nil

Bacteria Nil

Microphilaria Nil

Spermtozom Nil

Please suggest me what stes I shall take

Hello and thank you for asking HCM.

The urine test of your daughter is normal. There is nothing wrong with this test, so the fever that she is suffering from 3 days has another cause.

It would be great,if I knew her symptoms to be able to tell you what tests she needs to do,or what the cause might be.
Upper respiratory infections are one of the most common reasons for children to have fever,so probably this is the cause.
This infection has these symptoms:
-sneezing
-nasal discharge
-runny nose
-fever
-scratchy or sore throat
-cough
If your daughter has these symptoms,probably its an upper respiratory infection, but i can't be sure.
I suggest you check up with your family doctor to consult your daughter. He will be able to tell you what the cause might be,or what tests she needs to do.
