Advise On My Urine Analysis With Abnormalities

My routine Urinalysis test has a report of WBC Esterase 2+ Abnormal Nitrite, Urine Positive Abnormal WBC 11-30 Abnormal Nitrite, Urine Positive Abnormal Epithelia lCells (non-renal) -10 Abnormal I am really concerned about all of the Abnormal ratings. 2 mos ago my brother passed from renal cancer and another brother has had a kidney transplant

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your urine analysis report suggest wbc esterase positive and pus cells in urine. It suggest urinary tract infection. You should go for culture and sensitivity test. Then you should take antibiotics accordingly.

Drugs like levofloxacin or norfloxacin can be helpful in urinary tract infection. It is prescription based medicine so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
