Advise On Follicular Study Report
Hi I have a question regarding the follicular imaging that i have done
I am on my day 19 of my periods and my follicular study says -
Dominant Fillicle right ovary - 26x24, 10x11, 10x8
Dominant Fillicle left ovary - 12x11, 10x11, 11x10, 11x12
endometrial thickness - 16 mm
Free fluid : +

According to TVS report,you have absolutely normal findings.
There are three dominant follicles in right ovary and four dominant follicles in left ovary.One of them will take part in ovulation.
Endometrial thickness is also normal.Thickness varies with the stage of menstrual cycle.
There are chances of ovulation.Ovulation is indicated by the presence of free fluid in POD.
Maximum chances of pregnancy is within 24-48 hours,so you should plan unprotected intercourse within this period(multiple times).
After intercourse female should lie on the bed for at least 15 mins with folded hips so that sperm ascend within the female genital tract.
