Advice Precautions During Pregnancy

Hi
I just found out from a home test that I am pregnant. But the irony is i cant get to see a doctor untill 3 months. But i want to know what are the things I need to take care till then. Also is it ok to have sex/masturbate during the first trimester or even after that ?
