Advice On The Stool Reports Of A 5 Month Old Breastfed Infant

my son is 5 months old exclusively breastfed,weight is 6.2 kg(digital weight machine) .His stool report says his stool has mucus , acidic,has bacteria(+) with 1-2/hpf pus cells.his weight is decreasing for last 15days which has become 5.8 kg(normal weight machine).kindly advice

As you describe, the child had some infection in the intestine. The source of the infection may not be visible.
I advise you to consult a pediatrician for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin syrup,dicyclomine drops,and lacticacidbacill .
