Hi,

There is no acute changes in your mother's ECG.
About anterior MI, sometimes there are sign of anterior Mi on ECG, but person did't have any. ECG is not very specific for detecting old MI. If there is a suspition, we perform an echocardiography, which reveals, whether there was a MI or not.
So I think your doctor will perform an echocardiography, and you will know the exact answer.

Hope I could help you

Wishing a good health to your mother
