Addicted To Masturbate, Getting Weak

i am 17 male 5.4 55kg. I just got addicted of musturbuting, i musturbutes 2 times a week and started getting weaker and weaker every week. i want to leave this habbite but can t stop myself of doing this. is there any way by which i can let this habbit go.

You need not to worry.

Masturbation is a normal natural act. You should stop feeling guilty for this. It has nothing to do with your weakness.

Its in your mind by reading irrelevant posts on net that it causes weakness, so your getting/feeling week.

Its absolutely normal at your age.
