Hi,
It is an excellent decision that you have taken to quit. There are many ways to quit intake of nicotine (gutka and cigarettes) and the first step is to take a firm decision to do so that you have already achieved. There are psychological therapies in the form of behavioral therapy. Since you mention many family issues you are dealing with, psychological forms of treatment will be useful for you to help you learn ways to cope with your problems instead of resorting to chewing or smoking tobacco.
There are other forms of treatment like nicotine patch, lozenges, inhalers, varenicline, bupropion etc. All these modes of treatment have been proven to be useful.
It is advisable you visit a qualified psychiatrist who would be able to best guide you with it.
Hope this helps,
