Addicted To Eating Stale Pencils, Health Hazards, Cause Of Stomach Pain ?
hi , iam 22 years old , height 5.1 and weight 40 , iam very thin , and iam also having habit of eating slate pencils , i want to stop but iam not able to stop it , can u tell me health problems causes by eating slate pencils and iam also suffering form stomach pain , is it caused by eating slate pencils ??? plz let me know ....

hi welcome to HCMForum. eating of abnormal foods, stomach pain, thinbuilt, suggestive of worms in the intestines. they eat the food you eat & make you anaemic and weak. when one is defecient of iron , proteins, & vitamins there will be an urge to eat unusual foods. I advise you to consult a doctor for deworming, and nutrition supplimentation. low weight maintance requires proteins& fats as well.
Besides i advise you some food recomendations, eat more of green leafy vegetables, cereals, sweet potato other tubers, fruits, juices,& high fat foods. dont worry you will be nice.
