Acute low back syndrome, surgeries done, screws inserted. Relief with oxycontin. Whom to consult?

Is there any DR's who treat their patients with .Acute Low Back syndrome .And also has been thru 3 low back surgeries and hs 2 -3 inch screws. With a hinge of some type,on his left side of spine. And has been helped for the pain with opiods class 2 type as oxycontin or ms contin for twenty years now.Please help pain is unbairable.Location in the Alton Illinois and surrounding areas

Patient already gone through the most critical surgeries, and now on opiods ( Narcotic) now what else you are expecting for pain management now any other potent pain killer will kill the patient, patient may not be harsh with pain but difinetly will be in great trouble with potent analgesic, ask the patient to bear the pain as hard as it can be, take care good bye
