Acne Skin, Randomly Developed Wrinkles.

Hello! I just bought these acne products last week called the acne practice i spent $300 dollars on them and it was my 7th day when i noticed my skin startting to get extremely tight and then this past week my face has developed wrinkles! These are the wrinkles where it looks so natural as if age hit me within a matter of 2 days! please im really really freaking out, im only 19 years old and i have legit wrinkles under my eyes by the side of my eyes and by the sides of my mouth, please let me know if this will go away since i m way too young. The only reason i used these products was for my acne, i have never once in my life had problems with wrinkles! I stopped using these products this past weekend hoping that my skin will go back to normal and it hasn t. It s still tight and the wrinkles are still there. Ive cried this whole weekend because of these wrinkles that i randomly developed, please let me know if this is just a temporary side effect! please!
