Acne. Should I Take Differin And Spectro Gel Both?

Hey, I need help choosing the right medication and the one that guarantees a better result. I have two different medications for my acne . First is differin which contains shapeless 0.1 percent. The other is spectro gel which contains 2.5 percent benzoyl peroxide . Many have different opinions as which does the better job. My dermatologist suggested Differin before I sleep and Clindamycin when I wake up. What is your opinion in the matter. Is adapelene better than benzoyl peroxide?
