Some ladies do suffer from couple of loose stools and lower abdomen pain on the first day of periods. Don't worry..if it is just 2-3 times.
Please do the following:
Have bland food like rice gruel with salt to taste, curd rice etc.
Avoid spicy, oily and fatty food.
Avoid carbonated beverages, tea and coffee.
Drink warm water at regular intervals.
Regular exercise 30 minutes a day 5 days a week.Pantoprazole
might help reduce symptoms of acidity.
