Acidity, Heartburn, Gastric Problems. Started During Pregnancy. Taking Antacid. Solution?

Hello Doctor, I am suffering from a very bad acidity , heartburn and gastric prob. I delivered baby girl two months ago . Baby passed away on 5th day. I had got this acidity attack in my second trimester also and it only started in my pregnancy. I am taking medicines as per doc, but still it is happening. I get this attack in mid night. I take antacid immediately,after which i vomit and then after hours i can sleep. Its really v v painful. Pl advise

Hi, it may be started secondary to the morning sickness. and resulted into an ulcer. or it may be due to the gallstones in the gall bladder. I advise you to consult a gastroenterologist for diagnosis and treatment.
You may need to have gastroscopy and U.S.scanning for confirmation. Thank you.
