Acidity, Frequent Motion, Nausea, Cramp. Taking Domperidone, Loperamide, No Result. Recommendations?
Hi..I am suffering from acidity and also frequent motion & feeling nauseating too feelings with lot of cramp & to cure that i have took Pantaprazole plus domperidone & also loperamide but it causes no motions in the morning & causes more discomfort & too headache, Can u please suggest what should i do for immediate relief so i can do my office work comfortably

taking dompredone and loperamide causes temporary relief from vomiting and diarrhea
continue pentaprazole as usual
take frequent small bland diet every 3 hours
flagyl 400 can be given 2 times daily to control motions
paracetamol for relief of head ache
if no improvement withi 4-5 days
better consult physician
