Abrasion on labia minora with pain. Reason?

Hi, I have was looks to be an abrasion on my right labia minora . I had experienced mild pain such as from irritation on and off for approximately 2 months. I need saw any changes on my skin until yesterday. Prior to this I had never had similar symptoms. There s is no discharge or emulate, and I have not had any sexual contact in over 2 years.

Hello ma'am.

Thank you for all the information you have provided. The most common source of such abrasions is during rough sexual intercourse.

But as you have ruled out sexual intercourse to be the cause and have also not mentioned any other symptoms like direct trauma or an itch that could have caused such a presentation.

It is difficult to comment on the cause. Which is why I would request you to please visit a doctor for a physical examination, who will certainly be able to find the exact cause for your presentation.

In the meantime, please wear comfortable undergarments and avoid any direct irritation to the region like scratching, shaving, etc.
