About a year ago I was working out doing the deadlift exercise and pulled my back. After that I stopped going to the gym for a while so that it could heal up. A couple days later I slept the wrong way and pulled my back even more. When I woke up I could barely move as the lower back hurt so much from sleeping the wrong way. It's been about a year now and to this day my back still hurts when I sleep. It's on the lower right back and I can't sleep on the right side without it hurting. Sometimes when I'm laying on my back I can feel the pain radiating from the lower back. This has affected my sleeping because I can't sleep on my right side without feeling a dull pain. Do you have an idea of what this might be caused from?

My daughter aged 22 an MSW student studying at Loyola College of Social Sciences, Trivandrum is suffering from coughing for a long period to say for the last two-three years from the time she was studying for BSW at Rajagiri College of Social Sciences, Kalamaserry, Kerala. She consulted Allopathic Doctors and have blood checks, ECG, X Ray Esynofil tests and have medicine for some time. Only time being relief and it starts again. She consulted Ayurvedic and even Homeopathy Doctors, but still she suffers from the coughing and sometimes she is not able to breathe properly. The coughing is more in the evening and after going to bed she can sleep properly. Doctor I need your help and advice. I head of a Medicine namely Telekast (R) F. Is it good for her coughing. Please suggest a medicine for my daughter who always has to go out for Field works twice a week for last three years with the field agencies. I hope your advice/suggestion will help her. Thanks.

I had fillings done a year back but the toothache never went away. When I showed it elsewhere I was told the pressure was building up so they advised to take the filling out. They took the filling out & filled it temporily to see whether their initial diagnosis was correct. By this time I got in touch with my Dentist (who had done the filling earlier) and was told that if it didnt trouble me much I could wait till I could come home. (I am living abroad.) I am not using the side where the filling was done. There are days when the pain becomes too intense. My question is (1) Is it ok to prolong for sometime till I see my dentist? (2) Is there any tablet that will numb the toothache?
