About 3 days ago, I got punched in my left

About 3 days ago, I got punched in my left temple, causing instant swelling and it looked like an egg was on the side of my head. I instantly started to ice it so in the morning, the swelling had went down. Although the corner of my eye didn't get hit, it is a bit bruised. My left temple is now very tender and I get a mild headache everyday so I take ibuprofen. Should I see a doctor? It's still very tender and if I press on it, it makes my head hurt.

I got sucker punched about a week ago on the left side of my jaw and it didn t swell up or anything but my bottom molars on that side and cheek none ache on and off and when they ache there is a slight numb feeling on the left side of my chin and lips , it kinda hurts to chew but not really and when I move my jaw around I can hear/feel a grainy feeling in one of my left bottom molars. What is wrong and when should it heal? Should I see a doctor?

I have facial numbness on the left side and it hurts behind my left ear (thinking facial nerve problem). Worthwhile information: a month or so ago, I had a few days where I felt dizzy and I seemed to have a bit of pressure in both ears for some time (thought it was allergies). I also live in the woods and did get a tick bite 4 months ago.
