Abnormal Uterine Bleeding, Intramural Myoma Nodule, Thin Endometrium. Surgery?

Hi! I m 43 yrs.old and i have abnormal uterine bleeding . The ultrasound reveal that i have intramural myomanodule located at posterofundal aspect measuring 2.7x2.3cm. with submucous component and posterofundal intramural myoma measuring 1.6x1.4cm.and my uterus is slightly enlarged anteverted with thin endometrium .I m gonna ask what s the intervention of this findings is it surgery? thanks a lot.

Yes, surgical intervention is the best management in your case.

You may opt for a hysterectomy to be done, laparoscopic method would be ideal.
