Abnormal Uterine Bleeding After Completing Menstrual Cycle. Ultrasound Shows Nabothian Cyst. Treatment?
Hi I am 38 yrs old and started having abnormal uterine bleeding 5 days after completion of my menstrual cycle. I had a pelvic and transvaginal ultrasound which showed a complex nabothian cyst of 1cm . What is the next best step? OCP and repeat ultrasound in three months, D&C, or trial of prometrium and regulate my cycle
