Will like to know few answers first.
Can you perform your day to day activities without any problems like chest pain, breathing problems, dizziness, etc
If answer is no then just don't worry.Awareness of heartbeat (Palpitation) is often normal particularly after exercises, anxiety. The more you be scared and stressed, the more you will have the feeling of abnormal heartbeat .So i will advice you to enjoy your life and carry out your day to day activity normally without being over-conscious.Inform your parents as it will help you by providing support and relieve your tension.
But if answer is yes do inform to your parents and have an ECG done first.
Feel free to ask any questions if any.
