General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear Concerned.,

Thanks for writing to us.

In all probabality, the irregular heart beats that you are now referring to is termed as "Arrhythmia"in Medical parlance. This inturn leads to erratic blood supply (especially to brain) which would have lead to dizziness.

Kindly consult a locally available Physician to undergo clinical examination(General and Systemic) followed by a resting 12 leads ECG /Echo cardiography and in all probability reveals the type of heart disease you may be suffering whether it is a heart beat disorder or associated with hypertrophy of chambers with reduced ejection fraction etc.,

Depending upon the advice of your treating physician ,kindly consult an experienced Cardiologist for further management.

Wishing you a speedy recovery.,

Best Regards.,

Dr Lt Cdr ASN Bhushan.
