Abdominal Tenderness, Constipation And Thoracic Back Spasms. On Diazepam And Ibuprofen. Any Idea?

Hi, I’m a 38YOM & started having abdo tenderness about 1 year ago (about 5cm above my umbilical region), I also have a palpable pulse in the same area (no masses). I had long term constipation problems at the same time, for which I was treated with laxido for many months, x2 colinic irrigations only helped for a few days. But since taking movaprep prior to a colonoscopy(negative) the constipation problems have gone. I also had an ultra sound which proved negative. Today I've been suffering lower thorasic back spasms/pain, which I have never had before. I have diazepam as I get intermittent lumbar back pain (with numbness in left or right legs) due to a bulging disc L%-S1, but I've taken x2 5mg of diazepam which is more than I've ever needed in one day, plus paracetamol & ibuprofen, but it has not eased. I think its muscular but I'm just not sure if it could be related to the continued abdo pain (only tender on palpation or when bloated, but always in same spot & never goes away. Any idea's what I should do please?

Greetings of the day

The thoracic back ache is due to muscle spasm. Addition of skeletal muscle relaxant like Chlorzoxazone along with local hot water fomentation will provide the much needed relief.

Take care
