Abdominal scan shows free fluid in P.O.D, clear cyst, septation in left ovary. Suggestions?
Hi Doctor, This is XXXX. Last week i took scan of abdomen and found the impression free fluid noted in P.O.D. A clear cyst measures 3.88cms x 3.88cms, having thick walls and septation noted in the left ovary. Left ovarian complex measures 7.4cms x 5.3cms Could you please suggest me to overcome this problem.

YOU are having both complex cyst and clear cyst in ovary.
CT SCAN PELVIS WILL TELL US THE OVARIAN EXTENT AND LYMPHNODE STATUS .You have to CA125 TUMOUR MARKER.
LAPAROTOMY should be needed to remove the mass.
consult your gynaecologist.
