Abdominal Pain, Inflammation, Diarrhea, Grey Tongue. Cause?

I have abdominal pain and inflammation. Two days ago I had diarrhea that was black. I stopped eating and changed to a liquid-only diet to give my intestines time to recover, however I don't feel that much better. I ate some lentils today and everything feels like it is burning. I also noticed my tongue is grey/whitish. What could this be? I am a 33 year old female. I called some Gastro docs, and no one has an available appt anytime soon.

Dear friend
Thanks for your query to Healthcare Magic

I read your concern and it seems that you are likely to have upper gastro intestinal bleeding that caused black coloured diarrhea .
Avoid medications if any and avoid spicy foods , drink plenty of water and get consulted with gastroenterologist at earliest to perform endoscopic study and to rule out Upper GI bleed and for treatment.

Meanwhile Sucrafil and Pantoprazole will help in maintaining acidity and abdomen pain sensations.

Hope this information is useful, please feel free to ask if you have any queries.

Regards
Dr.Kingson John David
